At Andria Arie, we put exceptional care in the making of our fine jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, your purchase may be exchanged for a refund or a merchandise credit within 30 days from your original purchase date. The returned merchandise must be unaltered, unworn, and in its original saleable condition. All items part of the jewelry purchase including all original packaging must be returned accompanied by a sales receipt, in order for us to process returns. If any item that is part of the jewelry purchase or any original packaging is missing, your order cannot be returned. The merchandise must be back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30 days all merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned.
Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it was defective. Please see our warranty section for more information on our product warranty policies. Return shipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the product is received damaged or not working properly, please call us immediately so we can replace the product and take care of the return shipment cost. If you wait past the 30 days to report a defect or damage, we are unable to process a refund.
How to return an item
To return an item, please follow the steps below
- Click the RETURNS button at bottom of this page
- Complete the questions on the return form starting with your order number
- Indicate on the form if you are looking for a refund or merchandise credit.
- Please make sure all the questions are answered on the form correctly including your order number
- After we receive the completed form, we will email you with instructions where to return the merchandise
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- Once we have received you return item, we will send an email notifying you that we received the merchandise.
- Our quality control team will then inspect the returned item to determine if we are able to issue you a refund or merchandise credit.
- Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks to give you a refund or credit. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Merchandise credit will be emailed to you for future purchase.
