Andria Arie provides a 5 year warranty on the locking mechanism of all our jewelry pieces and a 2 year warranty on the chains and bracelets from the date of purchase, in each case against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. For the warranty to be effective proper care must be taken of the jewelry as instructed in the jewelry care section of our website, including that the locking system have been used as demonstrated on our website and with due care. An instruction pamphlet on how to open and close the pendant properly is also provided with all our jewelry pieces. Any excessive force or improper use, and any damage from wear and tear or otherwise, will not be covered under warranty.
Andria Arie jewelry is fine jewelry and must be handled with care. Some precious metals, such as sterling silver, are soft and easily bent if dropped or banged. If our jewelry pieces are dropped or banged, or otherwise damaged or if subjected to attempted repairs, the metal may bend and the locking mechanisms., links, and overall integrity may be compromised. Our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from negligence, damage of the jewelry resulting from modification or alteration of the product, or from accident or misuse.
If during the 5 year warranty period you return the item and we confirm that the locking system has become inoperable with proper use, we will repair, rebuild, or replace the pendant (at our option) with equal or similar merchandise. Only Andria Arie gemstones are to be used in our jewelry pieces. If other stones or inserts are inserted in the pendants, the locking system will get damaged and will not be covered under warranty. Our stones are natural gemstones and must be handled with care and removed and inserted into our jewelry pieces carefully. Dropping them or banging them may crack the stones. This warranty does not cover loss or damage to gemstones. If we confirm that a stone was lost during the warranty period due to a covered locking system malfunction, we will replace the lost stone.
The chains and bracelets are made of high-quality sterling silver and intended for use with only our pendants attached. Handled with gentleness and care these pieces should last a lifetime. However, the chains and bracelets are delicate and subject to wear and tear. You should periodically inspect them for damage (such as knots that can significantly weaken them). If you see any damage or excessive wear and tear of the chain or bracelet, you should stop using them and have it inspected. If during the 2 year warranty period you return the chain or bracelet and we confirm that the chain or bracelet has been treated properly and has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, rebuild, or replace it (at our option) with equal or similar merchandise.
Andria Arie does not warranty any items damaged by other jewelers or any damage from cleaning or attempting repair to our products. Loss of our jewelry pieces or stones (other than failure of the locking system as noted above) are not covered by our warranty.
Andria Arie reserves the right to inspect all pieces returned for warranty coverage, refund, repair or replacement. Andria Arie will determine if the warranty has been voided and may refuse to repair or replace the item after inspection. If Andria Arie determines that the warranty has been voided, Andria Arie will notify the customer and offer one of the following options: return the piece as is, repair the piece, if possible for a price (which will be provided at the time), or replace the piece for a price (which will be provided at the time).
Except for the express warranty above, we make no warranty, express or implied. Our stones are natural gemstones and contain natural imperfections and are provided AS IS. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
